Burbank Collection features 118 for-sale housing units, 40,000 square feet of pedestrian-oriented retail and restaurant space; and subterranean parking spaces. The project is a part of Phase II of the Burbank Redevelopment Agency AMC Theater redevelopment project. It provides an inclusionary housing component for moderate income families. Unique challenges included developing an appropriate mixed use program, interfacing with existing parking and infrastructure, and coordinating with redevelopment obligations as part of the earlier development.
