On August 5th, 2016 Five Lagunas broke ground on a redevelopment of an 870,000 SF shopping mall in South Orange County. Over many years of planning, Merlone Geier Partners, the City of Laguna Hills, and our team are excited to see the once Laguna Hills Shopping Mall become what is to be the city’s newest vibrant, outdoor plaza.

Update on The Peninsula Shopping Center
