P+R’s Northwest Arkansas location is part of the firm’s Retail Studio specializing in neighborhood retail development and national retailers. Led by Southern Regional Director James Damron, AIA, LEED® AP, the office is dedicated to serving the needs of its clients, who include some of the most recognizable national brands.
With a staff of more than 20 professionals, the office’s experience includes interior and exterior remodels of large-scale retailers; tenant improvement projects of varying scales; renovations and rehabilitations; and regional shopping center destinations. Teams possess ample experience simultaneously managing projects across the U.S., and do so with a strong adherence to project efficiency and quality service.
