For more than 30 years P+R has called Long Beach home. The headquarter office has grown from four to nearly 200. The staff has evolved, the projects have diversified, and firm recognition continues to grow. However, P+R has never wavered from its original vision – to provide quality architectural services and ensure that the needs of clients are met.

Today, the Long Beach location is the hub for the firm’s three specialized studios – the Placemaking Studio, Studio One Eleven and the Retail Studio. Whether it is a retail, office, hospitality or community-driven civic project, our focused Studios enable us to staff project teams with the proper expertise. Some projects are managed strictly within one Studio, while others reap the benefits of collaboration.
