Steve Ruth, AIA, LEED AP®, is a founding partner of Perkowitz+Ruth Architects. Since 1979, he has provided direction for
the company and has focused on the delivery of client projects, emphasizing contract negotiations, schedule, budget and quality. Ruth holds a
bachelor of arts degree in business management from Moorhead State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the International Conference of Building Officials. A licensed architect in 25 states and a LEED Accredited Professional, he is also a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board.
