Mitra Esfandiari, AIA
Associate Principal
As a director within the Placemaking studio, Mitra Esfandiari, AIA, has effectively managed various award-winning projects. Her resume includes mixed-use developments, office complexes, retail environments, and entertainment venues, as well as a number of projects with national tenants. She possesses a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Washington in Seattle, a master’s degree in architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and a certificate of post-profession studies in architecture from UCLA. Esfandiari is a licensed architect in the state of California and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
