Joseph Serruya

Associate Principal

As director of the Eastern Region office of Perkowitz+Ruth Architects, Joseph Serruya is responsible for senior project oversight and business development for the region. He possesses over 20 years of experience in planning, design, construction documentation, construction contract administrationand project management, and has successfully provided architectural services to a range of clients on numerous building and project types. In 2005, his efforts overseeing the Walmart program led P+R Architects to be named ‘Consultant of the Year’. Serruya holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Architecture degree from Central University of Venezuela. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Council of ArchitecturalRegistration Boards.
