Alan Pullman, AIA
Senior Principal
As founder of Studio One Eleven, Alan Pullman, AIA, leads the design team on mixed-use, urban design and retail projects. A native of New York, he possesses over 20 years of extensive national experience in architectural and urban design with a focus on mixed-use projects. Pullman is a registered architect in California and a member of both the American Institute of Architects and the Urban Land Institute. He holds a position as board member for the Long Beach Conservation Corps and is an advisor to the Long Beach East Village Steering Committee. His work and writings have been published in journals including The Philadelphia Inquirer magazine and the Los Angeles Business Journal. Skilled in directing both urban design and community business revitalization, his broad experience includes partnering with urban designers, civic groups, and artists within the field. Pullman received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.
